Due to the nature of food products, Anassah generally does not accept returns once products are delivered. However, we will assist you in the following situations:
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened or used products
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused after delivery
